Ok Alan,
This seems to have done the trick. Full install, then database update from server returning 75,666KB which unpacked and installed perfectly. Aircraft Table now shows 264,825.
Currently populating the aircraft list with no gaps in aircraft list, it is now showing B738 (Ryanair) and AT76 (Stobart/Aer Lingus) aircraft which it wasn't doing at all before. Logos are loading properly when there is a corresponding Flight ID to trigger them. Generally it seems to be working faster (subjective).
