I don't know if it has anything to do with it but you should not put ANRB in program files as the Windows virtual store causes problems.  I believe that the V5 full install default is outwith but if you do the upgrade this goes to wherever previous version was installed.

If it were me I would uninstall including manual deletion of orphan files and reinstall to somewhere like C:\Airnav.
If you decide to follow this advice also remember to save folders like silhouettes, outlines, Logos etc and also my log and insert into the new install.

After hours looking for ANRB during last weekend I don't found a explanation why some time out aircraft still freezed in "MyLog" interface.

How can I contact ARNB support to inform this problem ?

ANRB Support provide me the same solution you made, a full instal on C:/Airnav !!!

Just made it for ANRB and Airnav ACARS Decoder, both are in C:\

I will test it all this night in order to check if related problem is finally gone !!!

Bad news...3 hours after new instal in C:\ root  problem still exist !!!

It seems that flights pick up when ANRB is turn ON loose signal (?) and after that they freeze in "MyFlights" interface !!!

I'm going to report to ANRB support team as it seems this hasn't nothing to do with folder instalation.

I cant understand why you are having this issue and no one else is reporting my flights freezing.

How long do the flights freeze on your map, do they never go away.

What version of Windows do you use please

What are your timeout setting, I have attached mine that work ok

I'll try to explain better, my english is a little forgotten.

when I say "It seems that flights pick up when ANRB is turn ON loose signal (?) and after that they freeze in "MyFlights" interface !!!" I want to tell when I initialize ANRB software some of the first aircraft to appear still there all time, they never go away either when radar signal is gone (?)

I use Windows 7 in a 24.GHz Quad Core / 4MB RAM HP Computer with ANRB conected to na external aplified Wimo antenna with ecoflex 10' cable.

Other problem is manual edit on database, I have default settings (not to autoupdate manual changes) and all data I change become to the original when aircraft is picked up again (?) !!

I used this for a lot of years without any problems with V4 running default configuration.

My settings are in attach.

To have an idea of "MyFlights" interface please regard time at "Changed" and "Tracked" column.

Note that details from freezed EI-DVM EIN A320 aircraft are missing (?)

Have you performed some fast user switch operations, lock station or windows style changes after starting the software? I get repeatingly this kind of freezed myflights entries if I perform one of these operations.

(Remote access via teamviewer cause it almost every time if ANRB is launched during remote access and remote connection is disabled as soon as the software is running)

Usually  disable/enable "precess hardware flights" cures the problem. Until now I wasn't able to figure out the exact mechanism that causes these frezed entries.
