Yes RP-C8169 is a correct registration  I noted the hex code/registration showing on the network on 10th March and found an Instagram post https://www.instagram.com/p/BTgHtGXDcgJ/ I guess it takes some time for others to catch up.

4BA17A decodes to TC-HKZ but it was sold to Spain as EC-MEM and is c/n 14736

TC-HKO is not in the database but now added as 4BA16F

'N1665G' is flying south from St Petersburg descending thru 24000ft at 250kts so doubt it is deregistered Champion. FAA have nothing on it and seemed to be going to Chkalovsk but turned NE and disappeared at 3000ft...miscoding Russian Mil?
