1C333A c/s RFF9000 IL76 landed at Chkalovsk from Ivanovo. 15333A decodes to RA-78650. However is it ex 1F333A No prefix 78650 with new code or miscoding 1E333A RF-78654 with a new miscode? It ought to be 78650 but that is Kb Ilyushin, whereas RF-78654 is Air Force.
