Ural U6 2969 DME-TJU (Kulob) and U6 2970 TJU-DME return is now approaching DME as 424622 and no sign of 43BE8E for over 36 hours since its Rimini flight, so as you stated originally it looks likely A21N VP-BOQ has had one box changed but the other still has the miscode of VP-BIO.

My d/b gives Hendell Aviation for OH-GTH.  They operate a fleet of 13 PC-12's according to their web page and photos of OH-GTH looks the same paint job as others in the fleet such as OH-WAU
