Its not VP-BOQ see below, and it took off as SVR6741 this morning as VP-BIO as you state and yesterday was in Sofia. Might be one box has been changed as it could have gone to Bishkek using an alternative box. as you said in earlier post nothing is obvious in this part of the world :))

Need to watch for the return flight in case they have only done one box.  It has landed in Rimini, should be SVR742 on the way back

Its still showing as 43BE8E  VP-BIO on departure from Rimini, SVR6742 it is a weekly scheduled A321 flight.

If they only changed one box it is possible to be VP-BOQ as it had the time to take off from DME and return from Bishkek as SVR2803/4 (scheduled A321flight) between yesterdays Sofia flight and todays Rimini flight. All other Ural A321's except VP-BVP and VQ-BKG are accounted for and both had last flights to Ekaterinberg. I only had a departure for 424622 and no arrival yesterday.

To deepen the mystery further FR24 report that the Ural flight I have below as VP-BIO, was to be operated by A21N VP-BOQ but hex code given was 4242D1, the hex used by the previous VP-BOQ a Nordwind B763! They have 4 flights for 4242D1 VP-BOQ from 29 January but with no data for take off or landings however I was not in town for 3 of the flights. No mention of a 424622 at all.
