3D163B  D-EGRB the only one I can find details on is a DR400 which crashed in 1996

I found the DR400 too. Additional I found a picture of D-EGRB on Flugzeugforum.de from year 2008 or 2010. By comparing pictures I figured out that it seems to be the PA-28 I mentioned in my original post. As we aren't able to figure out 100% reliable detail information at the moment we should keep this one under investigation and therefore out of the database.
