You could try this for the German register. It's not fully up to date as the guy who use to compile it no longer does it. It doesn't give owner/operator details.

Hi Terry,

I can only presume that the med call aircraft are managed by MHS Aviation and flown on their behalf and will keep an eye out for them to see what flight ID they use.

I normally use the owner as registered with the FAA and or operator where required except for airliners where I don't use the leasing company they belong to when they are being operated by an airline.  That way as you state the logo aligns with the flight ID.
