I was under the impression that Amelia is the trade name of the Regourd Group see  https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amelia_(entreprise) which states "The Regourd Aviation group decided in 2019 to create Amelia to unite its European activities under a single banner"

The  French online register is down at this time so I cannot check
