The information in the database regarding private individuals or otherwise comes from publicly available sources such as G-INFO in the case of G-DONE. Some countries such a Sweden/The Netherlands do not publish the details of private individuals
I would suggest that the details regarding companies appears to change more often as can be seen from the frequent logo changes.
Anyone, individual/company is free to contact the relevent authoriities and have their details made private as can be seen from the aircraft marked BLOCKED on RB24. The FAA even have a system available whereby individuals/companies can apply for a "tactical code" for their aircraft to ensure anonimity. This coding I believe changes every 6 weeks or so.
The RB network is an open network available to anyone viewing RB. The Airnav network as seen on V6 is a closed/private network not available to the general public with an encrypted database making it limited to users with a receiver and are feeding the network and therefore escapes the same blocking
You are free to use your own database as you see fit and as it is a private database I would think you will be outwith the scope of data legistlation so no need to fret. Any compliance requirements rests with Airnav Systems and I have no knowledge of their systems in place to ensure compliance and suggest that you contact them in this regard if you are concerned
