197AF1 decodes to Russia no Prefix 97009, Sukhoi SU-95 test reg it should use 1F7AF1.

X  as there is no flight ID present is this a confirmed reallocation of the hex code for 97007 based on an eyeball or has an assumption been made based on the similarity with 1F7AF1.  197AF1 is well outside the norm for allocations and there are no 197*** codes in the database tied up

Flight ID was 97009 but as there are so many SU95's parked at ZIA currently and multiple regs are the same (Sukhoi only use 97001 thru 97020), they may have used 197AF1 to differentiate between 1F7AF1 and it! Normally 18**** and 19**** are GA but I have noted an IL76 and TU5 using 19****

Yes D-AZFA came over this way out of Belfast with the Norwegian team and is getting ready to depart Oslo at this time.  The 2 Embraers were supposed to being leased to Breathens Regional but I presume covid has put paid to that

I wonder if we have another miscoding second box issue with this S7 E170.

SBI8502/3 was reportedly operated by VQ-BYB however DB has it as 42440A and I have picked it up as that many times during 2017 and once in 2018 but not since. It is a rare visitor to DME being here only twice as 42400A this year but both times with S7 flight ID's.

Its been around for a long time X and I have never managed to tie it down.  Its not in any database

I wonder which is the miscode 42400A or 42440A as 42440A has not shown in my records since 2018 and 42400A has been around based in Novosibirsk for months according to FR24 as VQ-BYB (it is under both in their DB). It has only ever visited DME twice according to MyLog 9/5/20 which I reported and you stated you had it noted since Oct 19 and of course today.

It has taken of from ZIA with a Sukhoi test f/n so is definitely a Russia no prefix 97009.

42440A VQ-BYB routed LEMG-EDDM as SBI9992 on its delivery out of the factory 18th June 2017 and as far as I can see the hex code was used until 21st September 2019 last noted operating SBI5044 UFA-Novosibrik.   It may well be that it is now miscoded 42400A but I cannot get any confirmation.  I raised a query on mode-s some time ago but received no replies
