For info, the L8's were part of Airnav's first attempt to use the c/n from the FAA data to advise the Aircraft type ICAO code for aircraft not in the database and as can be seen some times it works and some times it didnt. The second attempt worked a lot better and populated automatically good data into the database with better accuracy
Unfortunately as there are errors in the FAA data it also imported some bad stuff in as well which is not so easy or quick to weed out
