764D08 is HA4T  AP-SHH  RC-021 (graphed as such today) ex EYE77/HBC21/A6-SHH as you stated! Confusing or what with the new EYE77 at LTN!

It should be one of the ex EY-??? BAe146/Avro RJ machines but which is which as EP-MON and EP-FQV are still unknown.

Nothing known on either, possibly corrupt packets for aircraft around at the same time as you picked them up and possibly few messages received from each.

I note from airliners.net that EP-MON is down as c/n 3358 ex UR-CJW
