Unknown and unallocated 098765 picked up for 31st time normally using 0123456 as c/s and usually at around 600-800 ft and never above 1900 ft so must be a local chopper but I have yet to eyeball it and tie it up :(

1481B3 decodes to RA-33203 but I can find no info, but was at 15600ft, which was about the height of YK42 RA-42423 14A5B7 at that time however the hex is more corrupt than normal. At that time in the morning I cannot think what else it could be.

The only RA-33203 I have details on X is an An-2 c/n 1G58-08.  I cannot see it being a corrupt packet from the Yak as it is to far from the original you suggest
