Thanks for the info on B-108R but it is a long way from home for a PA28 to be around Moscow.  At 35000ft and at night it is not B-108R, so must be something else miscoding B-108R's hex. Probably a poor signal from 781696 B-308C A359 as it was around at the same time.

N682GD is showing on FAA as having a pending number change to N888ZF and I picked it up last night using this so N682GD was deleted and the new registration added.

Going by their website ProAir are now PROAIR so standardised on that https://www.proair-aviation.com/
