Your miscode can be anything from a corrupt packet received by your receiver to a signal from a phone mast etc, note there is no flight ID associated with them.  Only ones that has an ID were aircraft

Both the Norwegian 787's are in the air at this time using NAX flight ID's and not the Long Haul ID of NLH but I cant remembers that last time I saw the code used

The only one from your list that decodes is:

39C549 which decodes to F-HRKJ which is not allocated on the French register

Again the others are either unknown miscodes or corrupt packets and again no flight ID's which suggests corrupt packets but they may also be coming from non-aircraft sources
