It should be KC3801 Lockheed C-130-J-30 Hercules c/n 5638 Indian - Air Force, looks like it is miscoding its old ID.  It should use 800332.  Maybe inbound RIAT.

The only one with that hex/registration I can think it would be is B350 c/n FL-045.  I don't know its serial but is with one of the Pakistan military services.
