No idea X.  However D-BOOM is operated by  Windrose Air Jetcharter and they use a QGA flight ID and the one you picked up had no flight ID, miscode corrupt packet?

Hex 300000 has been noted today with c/s 01997. So likely it is A139 RA-01997 miscoding 300000 as it should be 1407CD! I have never picked it up under 1407CD
