We have an unknown Angolan hex at 28000ft heading North at 300kts over Moscow having departed from Dalaman Turkey. Could not see it so no idea of type but now descending to possibly Yaroslavl a field NE of MOW. i would assume a miscoding turboprop returning from a holiday in the sun!

That may be the case for the browser based trackers Ian but as long as the squit they will be picked up and shown on RB units that pick them up and on the network as it is considered a closed network not public.

The operators of any aircraft can ask for the identities of their aircraft not to be shown and the FAA for example send out a list on a frequent basis to tracker site operators to have them blocked and they show as BLOCKED on the web based browsers.

I wouldn't think you will see them over here Ian.  Swift Air operates charter flights for major professional sports teams and major tour operators in the US. It also provides aircraft management services for private owners.  They did however take up the assets of the last iteration of Eastern Airlines so you never know https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swift_Air
