The company themselves use the names of the two companies as separate entities for example "Choice is not considered a luxury when flying with us. It is another benefit that comes as standard with ASL and JetNetherlands.

The company does not call themselves ASL JetNetherlands and in fact give details on the website of both company addresses and headquarters as follows:

In addition the website shows their bases and indicates whether for ASL or JetNetherlands http://www.jetnetherlands.com/en/about-us/bases  ASL even have one base in the Netherlands.

JetNetherlands aircraft operate using their JNL ICAO flight ID while the ASL ones operate using the aircraft registration.  Both airlines have separate Air Operator Certificates and again evidence of this is available on the website and indeed is shown above and until they merge their AOC I will be keeping them  separate.

I have added operator details for the aircraft you mention using the details obtained from my database
