Get yourself along to San Javier quick. On approach with full ADSB and flight ID Dumbo40 and not populating is 3532C1. Last picked up on the 11th January 2017. It's given in military Mode S as a Spanish C130.
You'll not be doing anything else anyway :)

On Il76/8 changes, these below are unreported in DB and need to be found. The Chinese Air Force got a dozen refurbished IL76's instead of new builds and a few Il-78's. Some are delivered but some still might be in Russia being modifed. You only have two of the retreads in the db China 20541 and 20545.

D2-MBQ Il-76 c/n 10134 07223 is in DB however it is now according to Russians Angola T-905. No idea if hex is the same.
