I have had this miscode showing up all morning as Ground...

This indicates that is a Bombardier Global 6000 with c/n 9652, although can't find it's registration, also seen on 21 june with the same flight-id.

5082F3 no c/s. 719 msgs received between altitude 26000 down to 4270 (landed at ESOE, came from Minsk area).

No idea on c/n 9653, I can only find  info on c/n's up to 9645
I can find no details on 5082F3 either I am afraid.
