Sorry Alan, you have added 4A360D as YR-RAG. The correct hex code is 4A4827.

4A360D might the new hex of a SMURD helicopter.
SMURD (Serviciul Mobil de Urgenta, Reanimare si Descarcerare) means "Mobile Emergency Service for Resuscitation and Extrication"

4A360D decodes to YR-MPM but can find no details on it.

The block 4A360D to 4A3616 seems to be allocated to the SMURD helicopters and aircraft.
I've identified 4A3611=343 and 4A3616=1121

Thanks Liviu, that why I cant find anything against the decode registration. 343 is EC135 T2+ c/n 1075 but can find nothing for 1121
