Hi Neil,

Nothing on the hex other than it is right in the middle of an Alpha Jet block.  F-ZJCR is a radio call sign used as required and has been noted being used by a number of different frames.

3B7FB4 PC7 operates out of Istres with EPNER

I think the PAY2 operates out of Cannes at least for part of the year.
