I cant find any details on 4243CE  VQBZB either and VQ-BZB is in the d/b as you state.

Hi Jason,

A0998A decodes to N138GL and the FAA list shows that G550 N476GA has requested a number change to N138GL so I presume the change has taken place.  Still showing as registered to the manufacturer.
