Planes not showing on radar screen

Hi, recently after restarting Radarbox I am no longer seeing aircraft on the radar screen. They are showing up in the list on the left. Any ideas? I am using Windows XP

I am running version 071

[Runway 31]

You cant see it on the shot but I presume the globes are showing to indicate you are getting ADSB.

Other than suggesting another restart both to the computer and RB, I would suggest contacting support on [email protected] for your query as its probably to technical for me!

BTW I would also suggest a database update to get the details of the aircraft not showing any.
