question regarding actype in DB
« on: January 28, 2014, 09:47:52 AM »
as the title says, I have a question regarding the "actype" tab in the database ;
while working on my DB, I found N49JC in my photo folder who is not present in the DB, I also can't find the actype for a FM-2 Wildcat in the DB, so I want to ad it myself.
in the "actype" tab is a column called "AG" with J, P or T in it ; question is, where are these standing for, and witch would be appropriate for the Wildcat ?

just found out we have a WCAT code for Wildcats, so that's solved, but if somebody could explain the J,P,T entry's, that would be good to know.

N49JC was cancelled from the FAA list 22/3/2012 is now G-CHPN having arrived at Old Warden in a crate 02/2012 and was registered 23/05/2012.  It is a Grumman FM2 Wildcat c/n 5744 Richard Shuttleworth Trustee and is hex 406904 and is in the databse as such.

Its ICAO code is WCAT and is in the d/b as such.
