XA-OVR is a GLEX already in the database using the hex 0D025B. I can only presume that the one you picked up 0D07FB is a new replacement out of the factory.

Hi Kenny,

A4B02A decodes to N40080.  The FAA list shows this to be a Balloon with a certificte that expired in 2011 and was manufactured in 1997.  I think we can safely say that it is not this so it remains an unknown at this time.

It is now with Swiftair as EC-MAF. Also sporting small Air Europa sticker. New hex not known.
