Can anyone help me please with an issue I am getting and apologies if it has been covered in any previous notes.
The UK aircraft that have been re-registered on the British register i.e a percentage of the Monarch and Jet 2 fleet keep reverting back to their original registration no matter how many times I update them. Am I missing something or can someone point me in the right direction please?

Hi Alan,

F-WWCH (380B1A) is in db as: Airbus Testreg. various A340 airframes. Reagarding the fact that the A340 isn't build anymore, this should be changed to A330, as this reg was used for A330s recently.

Correct Ingo, was used 6 times by A340's but the last 3 times by various A330 models

Can you give an example of one of your hex codes that reverts back to its previous registration please.  As the database is up to date for Monarch and Jet2 fleets as far as I am aware, I am at a loss as to how they can revert to a registration which isn't in the database.

Hi Alan,
             one example is G-GDFK Jet2 B733 which comes up on the list as G-STRE .All the Monarch A321's that are ex BMI revert back to the BMI registrations and operator ,and only change when you click on the aircraft which then automatically updates to the current and correct reg/operator.

Can you confirm that you are not using the database updates for these and are trying to update manually using the original database.  4406EB G-GDFK was registered 16/3/2012 and has been in the database since 20/3/2012.

Hi Alan,
            I have  just gone into database updates and downloaded the latest. Restarted the application as stated and first thing I see on my screen is G-SJMC MYTravel Airways which is obviously now TCX and G-TCCA. Click on it and it updates to the correct details but doesnt retain it !

I would suggest that you have more than one instance of Radarbox on your computer and the wrong older Navdata is being used, G-SJMC isn't in the database and neither is Mytravel so looks like you are looking at the original database from one of the instances on your computer through another newer instance.

My suggestion would be to delete all versions of RB from your computer and start again by installing V5.00.65 then upgrading to V5.00.71.  If you do this save your mylog, photo folder, logos, silhouettes etc that you want to keep and reuse them in the new version.
