Afternoon Alan,

Just a general query. I have been noticing in some cases full flight information appearing on the grid but no route showing. When I go into d/b explorer the route information is showing but the date stamp shows 2012 or 2013. It would appear that the system is not picking up route details which are this old. Is this correct and is there anyway technically that this can be overwritten thus avoiding asking you for 'missing' routes which are actually there.

Hi Ian,

It was asked for by users that routes are expired after a time period, something like 3 months I think to ensure they are updated and show the correct route.

The only thing I can do is to press the button to put them through again once advised and after checking they are still correct to update the CH date.

Cheers Alan,

It's only been a few instances. You are doing enough. If there are further instances, I'll just update the date stamp myself and put through again. Once done, would changing the auto update from 'Y' to 'N' stop it from happening again ?

I wouldn't think so Ian the date is the factor here, continue to pass them on to me, its not problem pressing the button again, I do it plenty in a day.
