Good evening Alan,

most of all flights are showing their flightinfo as it should be overhere at the moment. Just the ones I reported to you are not. I do not understand why this is. They are all in my local database so I do not understand what this have to do with "server is down".

The server is back online now.  My technical knowledge is limited but it is all to do with checking that the correct aircraft is getting the correct call sign applied and the aircraft is being correctly identified according to its hex code.  There is lots of checking goes on and why some dont show their route at times is beyond my knowledge. 

You may have notices in the previous version there were decoding errors and you may also have seen the wrong flight ID being applied to the wrong aircraft or even to more than one aircraft, that doesnt normally happen now.

Maybe someone with better knowledge than me can give a detailed answer and an email to support may provide you with the full technical details of how the route look up routine works.

Does it still make sense to report flights without route-info while in the d/b to you?
