Ingo, thanks for those, a couple of comments.

D-EPHG c/n DY475/2013
D-EDDG is now a Cessna 172S Skyhawk SP c/n 172S9541 and not the Reims which was in the d/b
D-EXHV my d/b shows that the one we have in the database c/n 2843554 was written off and Airframes also show that it was written off 2008-08-05 when it crashed on approach to Essen/Muelheim.  This may be a new frame with the same registration but I can find no details so it has been deleted at present.

LSV Rietberg is using D-EXHV PIPER PA28-181 Archer III - IFR picture was taken July 2009. In my LOG I have hex 400BED repeatingly with flight id DEXHV. In db there is a miscode entry for hex 400BED with reg D-EHXV. I never had an flight id DEHXV. As we aggreed to add the Rietberg Archer to db under the used miscode several month ago you may have entered the typoed version of REG D-EXHV. Comment on Libhomeradar: Sending old ICAO24 address 400BED (of G-VSPN) on mode-S, instead of expected 3D422F. Badly damaged 2008-08-05 near Essen.

Operators website: http://www.lsvr.de/dexhv.html and as you can hire it: http://www.lsvr.de/flotte.html It must be operational.

Thanks Ingo, not many aircraft which crash on approach survive.  I was just wondering if it was a different frame reusing the registration,

Maybe it wasn't damaged that bad. Or the "wreck" was buyed by an enthusiast who lives to fulfill the unfulfillable. According to the logging gab between 2008 and 2011 it may have taken several years to rebuilt it. Unfortunately for us they haven't fixed the mode s transponder yet...

At flugzeugforum.de I found a picture with D-EXHV taken June 2013.

CYYZGUY

Hi Rod, can you take a look at this one for me?
Mode S = C0271F
Flight ID = 482 (I think it is a westjet flight)

Aircraft type is coming up as PA14?????

I can't see this as the plane was at FL 320....

Jason, looks like an airliner possibly a WestJet one going by its flight ID has developed a miscode as C0271F decodes to C-FOVE which is a Wag-Aero Sportsman 2+2.  According to the Transport Canada website there have been 3 holders of the registration with the others being a GLEX which is now American registered and a DIMO.

Thanks for the routes Ingo.  I have not been able to add anything to what you have given, yet.

Thanks X,

I will keep an eye on EHN, the FAA list still has it to an Afghan Airline

RAK Airways announced the suspension of all operations on January 1, 2014 citing "increased pressures on the carrier's performance due to continuous market conditions, increased operating costs and the impact of the regional political instability on the overall aviation industry."
