Hardware not known
« on: October 22, 2013, 12:53:02 PM »
Hi,

I use Windows 7 home professional, 64 Bit.
I use the box on this Laptop since 1 year, it always worked.
The last days I had the following Problems:

When i connected it with USB Hardware sign stayed "red" and the Laptop showed a message: USB Device not known or broken. On the box I had the power-light "green" on and the two blue lights flashed....
When i played with the USB cable at the Connection on the box, sometimes it went green, but when I stopped playing with the Connection it went back "red".

I think the USB Connection on the box is broken.

1.) Does somebody have another idea?

and if not

2.) where can I send it for a possible repair?

Greetings,,

Christian

Try another USB cable just to rule out the cable isn't causing the issue. If that doesn't work contact us via the support methods in our signature and we will provide return details.

[email protected]

Also are you connecting straight between the box and the computer or are you using a USB hub.  If via a hub try going direct to see if that corrects the problem.
