Thanks Ian,

N583GA is still showing on the FAA list but if it comes off soon we know what has become of it.

However and this is where it gets a wee bit tricky, GLF5 HZ-MSB5 c/n 583 was N583GA at one time and  I suspect that the one you picked up is this one using its old hex

UBD588 also  WMKK VGHS via VTBS
ANRB 3km north of VTBD

Alongside ground transmitters, 43B*** is also used for British Ministry of Defence tactical hex usage. It is rarely used for tactical hexes and is usually for specific operational reasons.  As X surmises, this will probably be one of the RAF aircraft in the regiion for Shaheen Star exercises http://www.raf.mod.uk/news/archive/ex-shaheen-star-5-26062013
They have obviously decided to retain a low profile by going tactical hexes.

While your theory could have some relevence if X was in Dubai, if you look at the other replies from X you may note he is currently in the Stansted area hence my assumption.
