I haven't seen this covered:

140AF0 RA-02800 B350 FL-772 op. by Meridian+

had its reg changed to RA-02814 following special mission conversion, but still flying around with hex 140AF0. Sometimes it "miscodes" as 140AFE, although this would be the correct hex for RA-02814 according to the country sequence.

Unfortunately I cannot provide a picture of RA-02814, but I saw it with my own eyes today.
