Everything you passed to me has been processed before I reply back, Unfortunately the routes look up routine has some problems and deletes some routes which it thinks are not correct, short haul routes are especially prone to this. This is due to the algorithm used to determine whether the route info is correct or not. I have contacted Airnav yesterday with a suggestion which will hopefully correct this and await a reply and expect that it will be corrected in due course.
Also while the additions appear on the network quickly, RB24 route updates can take over 24 hours to appear for some reason.
Any routes added to the database in the last 3 or 4 months have been saved on a seperate file and are added to the database again shortly before the Navdata is run to ensure users at least have them on their computer. While this goes some way to ensuring myflights have the data, any which are deleted by the routes look up routine have their routes missing from the Network and RB24. The contents of the file will of course be re-entered when the correction is made to the look up routine the efforts and time of yourself, others and myself will not be wasted.
