Is there still a problem with 'via' routes showing up. Currently on screen is Turkish Airlines cargo THY6415. It is showing as LTBA-GMMN but should be LTBA-LEMD-GMMN. I tried to put in the via point myself using d/b explorer but it keeps reverting back to just LTBA-GMMN.

Hi Ian,

LEMD wasnt on the d/b but I have amended it so should be OK now although I believe the via issue has still to be sorted.  Its a server problem not the software.

Thanks for that. Incidentally, just had an Alitalia on with a flight ID of AZ063 with his correct routing of LEMD-LIRF showing. Not sure if it is of help but could it be the case that if a 2 letter flight ID is given followed by a leading '0' that the route details are being given but if a 3 letter flight ID is given followed by a leading '0' the route details do not show. Maybe of some use to the 'techie' department.
