G-TUIA and G-TUIB have been warming up by touring Shannon, St Mawgan, Robin Hood and Prestwick since last Friday. They're based at Manchester - I was there watching G-TUIA's original arrival last Friday :-)

Thanks for posting.
I got a glimpse of her today flying north over South Wales and wondered where she was headed. On the box that is, not real life :)

Oh  yes - I seem to remember seeing at least one of them visiting Cardiff, too.

RB24 is great for seeing where they've been as the flight IDs are useless in these circumstances. TUIA is arriving at Manchester from Shannon as I type this.

Certainly is Rod,

I've attached an RB24 plot of today's G-TUIA's (TOM 957) full training flight(s) for anyone who's interested.

Picked her up approaching our place on my 'box' and got a great view of her through binoculars as she passed directly overhead at FL126 in bright sunlight.

Regards

Syd

I was at Royal Cornwall Show, Wadebridge, yesterday and saw one of them, from a distance, doing repeated final approaches into St Mawgan - possibly touch and go's but don't know for certain 1330 - 1500Z.

Looks like TUIA is full ADS-B and TUIB is just Mode S
Got the latter on now but no positioning.

After the touch and goes they are doing route trainings now.

EGCC -> EDDV -> EGCC

I Wonder if there are some more visits in next couple of days?

TUIB (and I'm sure TUIA too) is definitely ADS-B equipped. TUIB was here about two hours ago and I watched it on my screen.

On edgy receptions it is common, that only mode-s is decoded and later if reception has improved ADS-B kicks in.

I have TUIB on mode s showing as TOM690 EGFF-LTFE
Radarbox24 shows TOM690 as 738 EGFF-LTFE and currently over Stuttgart so definitely not what I'm picking up.

4067F6 = 788
4067F2 = 738

Hex code confusion I guess
