A3E322 decodes to N35GZ not assigned by FAA became N53GL and is GLF3 c/n 465 hex A6AEB5. Looks like it is miscoding its old ID and showing its old registration.

3946E7 decodes to F-GRXH A319 which became TU-TSB miscode or decoing error.
45AC2B decodes to OY-KAK F50 which became PH-ZDG due for delivery to Avior Airlines of Venezuela
C078DE decodes to C-GTUB PA12, miscode or decoding error?
