Hi Jaskel,

You would need a database which provides the link up between the hex and the registration.  No worries as long as you can provide the hex I can usually find the registration.  Australia is easy as they follow a sequence.

There are also online bases such as GAS http://www.gatwickaviationsociety.org.uk/modeslookup.asp and Airframes http://www.airframes.org/ where you can put in the hex or the registration and get the known details.

The Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority can provide everything but the hex on any Australian registered civil aircraft http://casa-query.funnelback.com/search/search.cgi?collection=casa_aircraft_register

Thanks again Mike.  Between us we will try and make the gaps even further apart.

Hi X

01E024 unknown to me
41E910  M-FASH miscode should be 43E910
80050E  miscode, hex was used by GALX VT-JUM but I am not aware which of the JAI fleet is using this miscode.

A86C32 decodes to N6416X but FAA has nothing that it except for a 50 year old C180 defunct years ago!

Alan,

4B17BE decodes to HB-IZU which is now D-AOLT SB20 but had a DWT flight ID

This one should be HB-IZU again, for Darwin Airline. Delivered yesterday from EHLE to LSZH as DWT9556.

Regards,
Michel.

Hi Dave,

4CA210 decodes to EI-DFC which is now EP-ATC F100 with Iran Aseman Airlines, I cant find anything to suggest that it could be going back to Ireland, possible miscode?
