Something in the back of my head makes me think there is a problem with AVG and an exception is required for Airnav use.  Somebody may remember, did a search and not alot came up but found this thread http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=4883.msg49024#msg49024

I have read all the issues regarding AVG, I have just paid for 1 years use of AVG, ah well. I will uninstall it and try the MS free antivirus and see what happens.

An alternative would be to run the report and cut and paste into an email

Alan, maybe I have found the answer to my problems. I have been running ver 2.01 I have now updated to ver 4.03 I will see what happens and let you know if that makes any difference. It was support that made me realise that I was running an older version of the software.

Hopefully good news Ian, lets know how you get on.  The routes problem will still exist until it is fixed though.

Yes Alan I have a message saying, message sending failed. Please check background software (anti-virus/firewall) and try again later. Will try it again with firewall/ant-virus turned off.
I have tried but still the same.

Sometimes in rhe past few weeks I get this message, but the log came through anyway. Sometimes with a delay of up to 60 minutes.

You will still be able to send reports by running the report and cutting and pasting into an email
