Track Menu

Can anyone help - new user
The 2008 manual on page 44/45 talks about label overlap.
It tells you to "CLICK TRACK MENU"
I have been unable to find a track menu anybody any ideas. ?

Probably left over from an earlier version of the program.  There is no Track Menu now.
