3D view not working

Hello there..

Could you please help me regarding to 3D not working on my radarbox pro since 3 days ago...

before really not working, some time not working but, usually i restart software then working normally, if restart software still not working usually i restart computer then normal working.

But, now already 3 days the above method already try and try but still not working, i have already email to Support Airnav System twice but nut getting reply.

Please help me how to make 3D working normal continue?

Hi Merpati,

This thread is for Radarbox24 not Radarbox

The server is down at this time.  Once the server is back up and working 3D will again work.

There is a thread on the Radarbox forum discussing the server defect which should hopefully keep us appraised of the situation.

Hi Alan,

Thank you for your reply, hopefully getting up soon.

Suggestion: may be more better when server down Airnav sending info to all milist so end user received notification and not confuse when suddenly the systems not working
