The email alerts are still not working here either. We have not had any email alerts since the 5th. A range alert has just been generated but no email - Again!

As stated in the reply above yours Airnav have been advised regarding the alerts problem and I have no idea of the time frame.

Alerts should work fine now (our email server is working perfectly). Pls confirm if the error is still happening.

I set up some alerts to test the system.  I have it set to Show a Notification Message and for email notification.

Have received the notification messages OK but have yet to receive an email.

Looks like some further checks are required.  Its either not receiving the email request or the email is not being sent.

Hi alan and airnav systems came for me in Kent no alerts today sunday
Hoepfully it gets sorted out soon

notification Mails are taking up to 30minutes between posting and reception of notification E-Mail. Does anyone else have the same behavior?
