The second might be M-STCO(2) a new Falcon not M-STCO(1) which is in db.

424166 was previously VP-COD CL604 and BAe125, as far as I am aware it was now unallocated but maybe a re-allocation or a miscode of a previous ID from one of the above which are now G-OCOD and M-FRZN respectively.
