The flag is associated with the hex code and you get the flag for the associated nation is this case Belgium not the flag for the military.  As the hex gives the country allocation there is no way for the software to decide whether the aircraft is civil or military.

You could however get a logo associated with the frame it you knew its callsign.

i get him as M-2 , Aerospatiale SA-316B Alouette III, c/n 1816, Belgium   with the belgium flag, but is has to be belgium military flag

Check your D008.dat file (with Notepad). Yours is probably missing the bolded line. Just add it to your dat file.
Or you can extract a complete updated D008.dat file from this download: http://rodb.gofreeserve.com/RadarBox/Downloads/d008flag.zip

SAS are disposing of their early 737s.
The fleetlist website CH-Aviation had noted it as follows:
15JAN2013 Last Updated. Status. Stored at Oslo Gardermoen (OSL)
05FEB2013 Last Updated. Status. Active

I deleted it slightly prematurely based on the info I had that it was to be deregistered on removal from the SAS fleet.
Looks like the disposal did not occur and it has resumed flying.

Morning, this two MILs haven't populated:

3FA321  KNIGHT
3FBB82  BOMBER

One addition:

71C277 (South Korea, no flight id, nothing more - presume a decoding error)

Have a nice Day!
