Decreased of sensitivity

Its 2 days that R/B has a reduced range. I think that there was some filter inserted. I've tried to reinstall the program 2 times, i've tried also to clean the system registry.

Same things, nothing changed. Before this problem, i received airplane with a range of 190NM but now this range is reduced to 35 NM. I've think about aereal (WIMO 1090 - 15 mt ecoflex -10 ) problems but when i connected the same aereal to SBS-1 the range recome to 190 NM. Reconnected the aereal with r/b and the range is only 30 NM...


What can be the problem??? Is it possible to think about a Decreased of sensitivity of the hardware???

My hardware visited just 1 time the recovery center......

What was the reason that it was sent back the first time round?

The reason was that was impossible to install the driver on pc and the hardware was not recognized by the software, but this is a completly different problem because until 2 days ago all was good

I'm sure you have checked, but make sure you don't have the range or altitude filters in.

ok checked ..in 30 Nm i receive from 700 ft to FL 390....the altitude is not limited ..is limited the range .E for not forget nothing i reinstall 2 time . for to have originals parameter ..For not having any filter hidden parameter.
I try all .. other suggestions are welcome

Buona sera Gianni,

last year in September I had exactly the same problem.

Contacted AirNav support and was told to send the box to the manufacturer in Portugal  to check the hardware.
Got it back within 10 days and since then it works perfectly! But they never told me what the problem actually was.

Thanks VIW ..I had a supposition remote, but I see that it is possible that this happens..
Pensavo fosse una supposizione , ma mi sembra una cosa reale.
