I bought my radarbox in July this year and have since upgraded the software and enjoyed many hours of our wonderful hobby. Am I mistaken about the network coverage being free for 12 months because it has cut me off today saying it expires on November 12th today having been bought 12 months ago! This honestly isn't the case as I have only had it since july. I did however have an earlier box which I sold on eBay some months ago. Could it be the software has read the old box and has cut off my new box from the network. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

You were using the older login codes for older box. You should have used the new ones with your new box.
