Hi Gabriele.

If you have installed 3.13 you will have another instance of Radarbox installed.  2009 is the version which came on the disc and if you have 3.13 you must have upgraded giving two instances of Radarbox on your computer.

Look for the other instance of Radarbox and tell me the path where it is installed too.  I would expect you to look for AirNav Systems.  If you followed the default install path it will probably be /programmi/AirNav Systems/Radarbox/.  Is this the case?

just a moment: i've another air nav folder in the same folder so H/programmi/AirNav Systems/AirNavRadarbox containing a Nav Data DB3 dated feb2011 (but i've create it for backup last year)!

now on AirNavRadarbox 2009/data i've the Nav Data DB3 dated 8sep2012...so is there but it doesn.t run or ANRB doesn't catch DATA from this DB.

Gabrielle,

You have the update in the 2009 folder but 3.13 uses the other one.

Move the Navdata.Db3 file from the 2009/Data folder to AirNav Systems/AirNavRadarbox/data folder and  it should be OK.  Once installed statrt Radarbox again, open up d/b explorer and you should have 176,*** aircraft.

When you do any future updates install them to H/programmi/AirNav Systems/AirNavRadarbox.  Dont go any further the installer will put it in the data folder.

I would then delete the 2009 version as it isnt being used and causes confusion with the newer version.

Gabriale,

No dont copy the data folder only Navdata.db3.

Go to http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/DBUpdater/ANRBDBUpdater20120908.exe click on the link and the download will begin, should take about 90 seconds to download.and when asked click on Run.  Once it has downloaded you will be asked if you are sure want to run the programe, click on Run.  This will start the installer, click on the Next button.  Yoy will then be given the opportunity to select the path you want the update installed to.  Do no use the default, install to H/programmi/AirNav Systems/AirNavRadarbox .  Start up Radarbox and check with d/b explorer number of aircraft again

At 44.1Mb it should be the correct one and you downloaded it last Saturday so will need to think why it is not being read.  I presume there is the only Navdata.Db3 file in the folder in addition to the Navdata Db.3 bak and Navdata backup Db3 files

Also silly question, it does state Radarbox 3.13, on the top left of the screen when radarbox is running

Something not right.  Could you dowload and install the update into the H/programmi/AirNav Systems/AirNavRadarbox path and see what happens please

When you download and install the update it makes the BAK file as part of the process, one reason why I suggest you download and install again to the path above.

I think you will need to get Paolo to come over to your house to show how he did it!!

Are there any other instances of Airnav on the computer
