ERN - Ernest has had their AOC revoked by the Italian CAA due to a lack of required guarantees yesterday.  As of 11th January the airline have suspended their operations until further notice and all their fleet has been returned to the lessors

The FAA gives FRE as AVIATION SERVICES, LTD. (AGANA,GUAM).  I don't think we will see it very often!!
